Before submitting anything to us, we suggest that you read our Tips for Finding Deals, which explains what kind of deals we are looking for, and how to find them.

In order to reward our members for their contributions, as well as make the process of finding extraordinary deals fun for you and us, we have created the FareAlertUs program, as described below. FareAlertUs allows us to reward you for submitting deals that we send out to our members. The underlying premise of FareAlertUs is quite simple: you find deals and submit them to us, and if we use them, we'll reward you with, for example, a gift certificate to a leading online merchant!

Of course, every great offer has terms and conditions, so please read the following prior to participating in the FareAlertUs program:

FareAlertUs Rules, Terms, and Conditions

You must be a minimum of 13 years of age to submit information to us and participate in the FareAlertUs program.

In order to be eligible for a reward under the FareAlertUs program, all submissions must be submitted via the FareAlertUs submission form located at http://www.farealert.net/. Any information submitted via other means will not be eligible.

In order to be eligble for a reward under the FareAlertUs program, all submissions must include a valid email address so that we may contact you.

All submitted information must be verifiable, and include all information, URLs, links, and/or screenshots that are necessary for us to replicate the booking process. Deals which cannot be verified, or include incomplete information will not be relayed to our members and will not be eligible for a reward under the FareAlertUs program.

You may only submit information that you are permitted to forward to us. If you obtain the information from a third party (such as a travel bulletin board or mailing list), you must include the source of the information. You are responsible for the information that you send us; any DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) complaints that arise as a result of the information that you provide will be forwarded to you.

In the event that we receive multiple submissions of the same or similar information, we will only reward the first person to submit such information. This will be determined by the timestamp of the submission.

FareAlert is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected submissions.

If your submission is rejected, we will attempt to provide you with a reason, however, due to the nature of the service and the volume of submissions that we receive, this may not always be possible.

If we use your submission and you are eligible for a reward under the FareAlertUs program, we will contact you via email within 7 days with further instructions for claiming your reward. Rewards will be issued as a gift certificate for one of several online vendors. Rewards will be issued to the email address that was used to submit the deal. We will ensure at least one vendor choice has an international presence for our foreign users. Rewards will always be denominated in United States Dollars.

For legal and tax reasons, no individual may claim more than six rewards in any rolling 12-month period.

FareAlert will always treat submitted information with the utmost confidentiality, we will never use your email address and/or personal information for purposes unrelated to FareAlertUs, nor will we reveal the source of a submitted deal unless required by law or by DMCA regulations.

Once submitted, all information becomes the property of FareAlert. You are not permitted to repost the information elsewhere. If you do so, you will not be eligible for a reward under the FareAlertUs program.

FareAlert reserves the right to reject submissions from any person, email address, and/or IP address for any reason at any time. Submissions containing known false information or commercial messages, attempts to defraud FareAlert, or misuse of the FareAlertUs program will result possible legal action and/or blacklisting of the persons, email addresses, and/or IP addresses involved.

FareAlert reserves the right to modify or terminate the FareAlertUs program at any time for any reason.

Submission of information to FareAlert and participation in the FareAlertUs program signifies that you understand and agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions of the FareAlertUs program.
